Browser Cookies

QikBiz CRM uses cookies that are session-based and persistent-based. Session cookies exist only during one session. They disappear from your computer when you close your browser software or turn off your computer. Persistent cookies remain on your computer after you close your browser or turn off your computer.

When you login to QikBiz CRM, the system uses session cookies containing encrypted information to allow the Company to uniquely identify you. Each time you log into the Services, a session cookie containing an encrypted, unique identifier that is tied to your account is placed your browser. If you choose to have the system "remember" you then you will receive a persistent cookie that will save you from having to login each time. Session cookies are required to use the Services.

IP Addresses

When you visit QikBiz CRM we collect your Internet Protocol ("IP") address for monitoring purposes. For example, QikBiz CRM uses IP addresses to be able to track illegitimate use.

Security

QikBiz CRM uses robust security measures to protect Customer Data from unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and help ensure the appropriate use of Customer Data. When the Services are accessed Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology protects Customer Data using both server authentication and data encryption. These technologies help ensure that Customer Data is safe, secure, and only available to the Customer to whom the information belongs and those to whom the Customer has granted access. QikBiz CRM hosts its Web system in a secure server environment that uses firewalls and other advanced technology to prevent interference or access from outside intruders. Customers are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their QikBiz CRM usernames and passwords.

Data Ownership

QikBiz CRM is an information system to store and manage the data inputted or imported by you. The data entered or imported by you (or us on instruction from you) remains your property and we will not use or make it available unless permitted by you. If you terminate your use of the service QikBiz will give you on request an export of your data in CSV format. However there may be a charge to provide this.

Login & Passwords

You as the customer have the ability to create additional logins to your QikBiz CRM application and therefore have the control to assign access to people you deem appropriate. You may restrict what specific users can do. However you must ensure your users retain passwords that meet your security policy.

Email communications

From time to time QikBiz will send out email communication related to service updates, improvements or notifications. You will be able to opt-out from this content however we recommend all customers remain opted in so that they are kept up to date with the latest developments.

Changes to this Privacy Statement

QikBiz CRM reserves the right to change this Privacy Statement. QikBiz CRM will provide notification of the material changes to this Privacy Statement via the QikBiz CRM website at least thirty (30) business days prior to the change taking effect.
